I am not suggesting your content isn't good, however what if you added something that grabbed people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You ought to look at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create post titles to grab people to open the links. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab people interested about everything've written. Just my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.
